Paul Tan Keng Long, born 6 July 1974, graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical & Electronic Engineering), Second Class Honours
(Lower Division), in July 2000 and from Singapore Polytechnic with a Diploma with Merit in Electronic, Computer and Communication Engineering in July 1994.
Paul is currently a member of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES), as well as a member of the M&E Technical Committee, and a Professional Member of the Singapore Institution of Safety Officers (SISO). He is also a Registered
Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Registered Environmental Control Officer (ECO) with the National Environmental Agency (NEA), Registered Fire Safety Manager (FSM) with the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF)
and an accredited ACTA certified WSQ trainer. He has also completed the Graduate Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level D) required for registration as a WSH Auditor.
